Iron pharma Ment 50mg 10ml
Trestolone, also known as 7-methyl-19-nortestosterone (MENT 50), is an investigational androgen/anabolic steroid (AAS) and progestogen medication that has been studied for use as hormonal birth control for men and as an androgen replacement treatment for men with low testosterone levels. It comes in the form of an implant that is put into the fat of the body. Trestolone acetate, an androgen ester, and a prodrug of trestolone can also be given as an injection into a muscle.
The 7alpha-methyl group in MENT 50 also has the ability to prevent MENT from attaching to sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG), a protein that binds to androgens (and estrogen) and prevents them from binding to the androgen receptor. If you’ve ever had your testosterone levels checked, you’ll notice that there are two numbers: total and free testosterone.
The medication has a negligible estrogenic effect. In 1963, Trestolone was discovered for the first time. After then, it wasn’t looked into again until 1990. Trestolone’s clinical development began in 1993 and has continued since then. There appears to have been no more progress after 2013. The drug was created by the Population Council, a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to reproductive health.
Ment 50mg Side Effects
Trestolone has a number of negative side effects, including low estrogen levels and symptoms such as impaired sexual function and bone mineral density. MENT 50 is an androgen agonist, which means that it binds to the androgen receptor, the biological target of androgens like testosterone. It’s also a progestin, or synthetic progestogen, which means it’s an agonist for the progesterone receptor, which is progestogens’ biological target. Trestolone’s androgenic and progestogenic actions make it antigonadotropic. Trestolone’s contraceptive effects in males are caused by these activities, which result in a reversible reduction in sperm production.
